Troubleshooting
Common questions
Does requesting a link mean I have an account?
No. The same confirmation protects account privacy. Successful sign-in means your own authorized page opens and stays available after reload.
Does RSVP count as attending?
No. RSVP tells staff you intend to come. Staff record actual attendance separately.
Does marking interest submit an application?
No. Complete the organization’s application separately, then report your actual stage in ESOS.
Why is my assessment or document missing?
It may not be approved, published or available for your cohort yet. Ask staff to check the source and assignment.
The form says saved. Am I done?
Reopen the actual record and check the fields, status or file. A success message by itself is insufficient proof.
