Sign in to ESOS
Use the email address the program has on file and the sign-in method shown.
Before you start
An existing ESOS account linked to a program user record. Requesting a code does not create an account or approve admission.
Steps
- Open Sign in and enter the exact email address the program has on file, including a personal address if that is the recorded address.
- Select Email me a sign-in code. The next screen shows the address you typed; the same confirmation protects account privacy, so it does not prove an account exists or that the email reached your inbox.
- Type the code from the newest email into the Sign-in code box on the same page and select Sign in. You can read the email on your phone and type the code on a laptop. The code works once and expires shortly. If Already set a password? is offered and you have set one, you may use it. Use Continue to your workspace if the page confirms your existing authorized session.
- Confirm you reach your own scholar page, staff Today page or director view. Scholars can open their name in the header to check their profile.
Check the result
Your own authorized page opens and remains available after a reload. An email-request confirmation alone is not a successful sign-in.
If something goes wrong
No email? Check the address shown: the program uses the email you applied with, which may be a personal address rather than your school one, so if no code arrives in 2 minutes try your other address. Then check spam and quarantine, then select Send a new code and use only the newest code. Still missing, looping back to sign-in, or seeing the wrong record? Ask the coordinator to check your account and linkage. Never share a sign-in code or a URL containing a token.
