Get help with a missing account or record

Keep admission, account access and cohort placement separate.

Before you start

Anyone may request help. Only authorized staff may approve admission; account setup requires an authorized operator.

Steps

  1. Contact the program coordinator through your established program contact. Give the email you tried, the time and timezone, and the plain error text. Do not forward the sign-in code.
  2. Staff: trim whitespace and compare the normalized email against existing authorized records before creating anything. Review the approved admission decision and the recorded email; resolve a mismatch or duplicate through the authorized operator. An interest submission or accepted applicant is not proof of an auth account.
  3. Have the authorized operator check the existing auth identity, matching program user and role, scholar profile and cohort membership. Resolve duplicates or missing links through the approved process.
  4. After the operator confirms access is ready, use the sign-in method displayed and verify your own page loads.

Check the result

The appropriate operator confirms each required link, and the person successfully signs in. There is no self-signup or staff admission bypass in this guide.

If something goes wrong

An accepted applicant may still be awaiting account setup or placement. The current staff UI distinguishes Awaiting account but does not provide a complete account-provisioning wizard. Staff-assisted missing-scholar setup remains proposed; do not bulk-create accounts to work around it.
