Review grant figures and issue a snapshot

Keep working exports, attestation and issued versions distinct.

Before you start

Staff/admin may review authorized aggregate reporting. Only a coordinator may attest metrics or issue snapshots.

Steps

  1. Open Reports → Grant reporting & snapshots. Check the grant scope, reporting period, available measures and missing evidence.
  2. Inspect each definition and source. A coordinator records an attested measure only with a valid value and dated source.
  3. Export working figures if needed. For an approved report, a coordinator selects Review snapshot, checks the exact scope and version, then Confirm and issue.
  4. Reopen Issued and confirm the dated version and attribution. A correction requires a new version.
Open the task page →

Check the result

An issued immutable version appears under Issued. A CSV is a working export; viewing or reviewing the report does not issue it. Unavailable measures remain explicit.

If something goes wrong

Missing evidence is not zero. Do not place student-level exports into funder views; director daily views are internal staff views, not public grant reports.
