Add and publish curriculum materials

Record the source link, then check access as a scholar.

Before you start

Staff/admin can add document records. An authorized coordinator publishes. The source file must have appropriate sharing permissions.

Steps

  1. Open Program → Curriculum and select Add a document. Choose Source link for an official curriculum record. The Upload file tab is a separate browser-only review preview, described in its own guide.
  2. Enter Title, Kind, Drive link and description. Attach the session if relevant; leave it program-wide otherwise. Select Save staff-only document.
  3. Find the saved staff-only record and open its source link. A coordinator publishes the approved material.
  4. Reload and verify it appears in Published to scholars. Check the scholar profile shelf or linked event, then open the actual source file with scholar access.
Open the task page →

Check the result

The saved document is in the correct publication section and the source opens for intended readers. ESOS records a source link without changing Drive sharing. The file-upload preview stays in this browser and does not change official curriculum records.

If something goes wrong

Publication does not grant Drive permission. A broken source link or private file needs correction by the file owner. Unpublish if the material is not ready.
