Review questionnaires and record assessment evidence

Use approved instruments and preserve the source of scores.

Before you start

Staff/admin for coverage and recorded scores; coordinator for publishing a questionnaire after exact program approval.

Steps

  1. Open Program → Assessments and inspect the selected registered instrument and recorded coverage.
  2. Record a score only from valid instrument evidence, using the scholar, score, assessor, date and notes fields offered. Reopen coverage to check the record.
  3. Open Review scholar questionnaires and pending approval. Check exact questions, options, numeric values, cohort and timing with the program.
  4. Only after approval, a coordinator uses the offered publication control for an eligible existing draft. The supplied questionnaire stays blocked until its scoring authority is approved. Verify the intended scholar can see it.

Check the result

Coverage reflects saved assessment evidence, or an approved questionnaire appears for its cohort. There is no questionnaire-authoring editor here; no open questionnaire is a valid pending state.

If something goes wrong

Tim/BK wording and scoring ideas are not approved rules. Never decode historical labels into a current score without an approved mapping. A growth claim needs comparable pre/post evidence.
