Submit peer nominations

Recognize peers in the current nomination cycle.

Before you start

Signed-in scholar with eligible peers in the ballot; one submission per cycle.

Steps

  1. Open Program → Leadership & nominations.
  2. Choose a peer for any award you want to weigh in on; you may leave other awards blank. Mentor recommendations are a separate Looking ahead section.
  3. Review your choices and select Submit ballot once. Reopen the ballot to check it is closed to you for this cycle.

Check the result

The persisted ballot state says you have already voted. Results and counts remain staff-only; an award appears on your record only when staff record it.

If something goes wrong

An empty ballot is not submitted. If no peers appear, ask staff about cohort membership. A nomination does not establish an elected office or automatically create an award.
