Add upcoming events to your calendar

Download a calendar copy of upcoming sessions.

Before you start

Signed-in scholar; the event list must contain upcoming sessions.

Steps

  1. Open Events and select the Add to my calendar link, which includes the actual count of upcoming events.
  2. Open the downloaded calendar file in the calendar app you use and review the event times before importing.
  3. Return to ESOS for current details. If a session moves, review the change before adding a fresh copy; manage duplicates in your calendar app.

Check the result

Your calendar app contains a copy of upcoming events. This is a file download, not an automatically updating subscription, an RSVP or attendance.

If something goes wrong

No upcoming events means there may be no calendar control. Calendar import can depend on your device; use the ESOS event page as the current reference.
